Exterior GEM KITS are new exterior skins fabricated from metal, resigned to cover the exterior portions of cases, which will improve the exterior looks of existing cases. GEM KITS will enhance merchandising, therefore resulting in increased retail sales with greater customer acceptance.
The metal used during the fabrication process is 20-gauge corrosive resistant steel, with a powder coat painting application. Stainless Steel is available to insure longer life and durability. Case bumper guards can be placed to meet shopping cart requirements. Powder coat painting and parts manufactured are guaranteed for one (1) year.
Customer specific GEM KITS can be designed by our on-site Parts Fabrication Division engineers, utilizing color preferences, shopping cart requirements, and consistency for retail departments within a store location or multiple locations.
Parts Fabrication Division will give a written quote by case lineup within 72-hours after receipt of the scope of the project. We provide total turnkey pricing for complete installations, or we can provide step-by-step instructions for owner or second party installation.
